framework
made
in U-shaped galvanized steel profile for the top and the bottom of the
partition. Posts are telescopic 48 mm profiles self-supporting on a
6 m height. Spaces have been planned for the passage of electric and
telephone cables.
Possibility of passage for piping inside the partition.

anodised
aluminium (natural shade available on stock). Possibility
of bronze or gloss shade (Ral 9010 on stock).
Insulation
a
padding made of fibreglass or rockwool 45/50 mm thick is put in thickness
of the framework.
Possibility of a 60/70 mm thickness for extra insulation.
In high and low parts as on starts of the partition, putting of an adhesive
foam joint.
Facings
plaster
or chipboard plates from 11 to 13 mm are fixed from each side of the
inside framework through an aluminium profile (called outside framework)
:
- large choice of vinyl coatings on plates stuck under heat in factory,
- fitted carpet coating or filling in melamine, laminated, real veneering
are available.

parts
aluminium
frame, simple or double glazing 4 to 8 mm thick (STADIP 44/2) :
- PVC frame,
- watertightness with rubber joint,
- standard dimensions or on request,
- possible 25 mm Venetian blind.
In
low part
clamped PVC skirting board. Possibility of a lab
skirting board made of aluminium to avoid rising of water in the prefabricated
sections or of a technical plinth (130 mm) allowing the passage of electric/computer/telephone
cables without taking off the partition.
